What to expect
This is a sociable group run rather than a session, so all paces are welcome. We’ll stick together as a group and enjoy the country park as the evening light comes in — a perfect way to round off a Thursday. Whether you’re a regular at club nights or thinking about coming along for the first time, you’ll find a warm welcome at the car park.
Bring water, wear something you’re happy running in for around an hour, and remember a head torch isn’t needed at this time of year — we should have plenty of daylight for the full route.

If you’ve not run with us before, just turn up at the GU51 2RU car park a few minutes before the start and introduce yourself to Nick or any of the regulars. We’ll take it from there.
