The countdown is on for the Hart 4 Trail Relay 2025 – our very own exhilarating, fun-filled trail event hosted by Hart Road Runners – and we want YOU to be part of it!
Whether you’re a seasoned club regular or just starting your running journey, Hart 4 is the perfect opportunity to get involved in a team challenge that’s all about camaraderie, countryside, and a touch of competitive spirit.
🌲 What is HART 4?
HART 4 is a 4-hour trail relay race for teams of four. Each runner takes turns to complete a scenic 4km loop through the beautiful woodland and trails of the Minley Estate. The team that completes the most loops in 4 hours wins – but really, the day is about fun, teamwork, and trail running joy.
🤔 Don’t Have a Team Yet? No Problem!
We know that not everyone has a ready-made team – and that’s absolutely fine!
If you’re interested in running but haven’t found your relay buddies yet, let us know and we’ll help match you with a suitable team. Whether you’re keen to race hard, run socially, or somewhere in between, we’ll do our best to group you with others who match your pace and goals.
