Two events in one evening — celebrate our members’ achievements and have your say on the club’s future.
This year we’re doing something a little different. For 2025/26, our Annual Awards Night and Annual General Meeting are coming together under one roof for what promises to be a fantastic evening at the Penn Croft Cellar Door in Crondall.
Whether you’re coming to have your voice heard at the AGM, to raise a glass to our brilliant club members, or both — there’s something on the evening for every Hart Road Runner.
How the evening unfolds
Provisional timings (subject to confirmation)
🟢 Pre-awards run
6:30 – 7:30pm (details shortly on the website)
🔵 Welcome drink
7:30pm – Free welcome drink for all
🟢 Annual General Meeting
7:45 – 8:15pm – Free and open to all — no ticket required
🔵 Mezze sharing platters
8:15pm – Awards night ticket holders
🔵 Awards presentations
8:30pm – Celebrating the incredible achievements of our HRR members

Staying for the awards?
Awards night tickets are £16 and can be purchased through the club shop. This covers welcome drinks, mezze sharing platters, and the full awards ceremony — a proper celebration of everything our members have achieved over the past season. Partners are very welcome too.
