Each year Ged, one of our experienced coaches, organises an athletics day at the Aldershot military track/stadium for the children of Hart Road Runners’ members.
The event is designed for children from school years 1 to 10.
Organised Events
First part of the day will be Field Events: Long Jump, Vortex Throwing, Shot Put/Chest Push, Speed Jumping, Target Throwing.
Athletes will be in groups and have the opportunity to do each discipline.
We will then do track running: Mid-Distance, Sprints and finish off with an inclusive relay.
Coaches will be on hand for each field discipline helping and guiding the young athletes!
How to reserve a place?
You can reserve your place(s) by going to the Shop and buying tickets which are £2 for each child.
